Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days to arrive.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Hatched and Patched ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery zones in the near future.
What is your return policy for home accents?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made or personalized items are final sale.
Are your products handmade?
Many of our items are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Because of this, slight variations in color and texture may occur, making each piece unique to your home.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
